Wow! This was probably the most excitement that the elegant Butleigh Wootton had ever hosted. Irene and Daniel’s wedding was fun, fresh and oh-so-stylish for photographers and guests alike. Butleigh Wooton makes a great location for even the most modern and chic weddings.

The day started with a traditional door ceremony with games and some crazy fun. We all headed to the cars for a location shoot at the Exhibition Gardens. It must have been 0 degrees in the city but Irene and Daniel powered through with warmth and humour.

You can see some of the amazing shots of Irene and Daniel that we took in the Royal Arcade and the GPO on Elizabeth Street. Irene’s light, flowing dress moved beautifully through the old Melbourne buildings. After our location shots we headed to Butleigh Wootton where Irene and Daniel changed into their reception attire. Irene’s dress was a staggering modern ultramarine halter that matched the elegance of Butleigh’s entrance hall.

Finally, the reception was a blast where some of Melbourne’s most trendy got down to some pumping dance music. Easily the hippest thing to hit the Butleigh Wootton in the last hundred years!
